Mikes true value as our realtor, however, became evident after we put a contract on the house. He e-mailed us digital pictures our of new home as it was being completed and worked along side our builder to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He even helped us compile repairs for our builder after our inspection was completed which involved many hours of watching inspection video.
Even after closing he continued to send us an updated punch list keeping us aware of the progress of work done on our home. This was especially helpful for us since we are from out of town. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is truly outstanding. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as our realtor and Prudential Carolina Reality is luckyto have him.

As a Contractor I had total confidence in Michael's expertise. There were many occasions when I was in the field looking for specific properties and Michael was one phone call away with a total run down report no matter what time or day. As a matter of fact our purchase came on the afternoon of the 4th of July. As many of his colleagues were enjoying the day off with their families Michael was making phone calls and faxes ensuring our bid was submitted right away.
However, Michael's dedication did not stop at the contract agreement. Michael was constantly in touch ensuring that all deadlines were met, and offering his aid at all times. The day of the closing our Attorney did not have a pertinent document from the County Office and was going to postpone a week later. Michael took it upon himself to drive to the Courthouse and retrieve the document so we could close on the property that day. That kind of service is above and beyond. We look forward to continuing our work with Michael now and in the future.
